Why Children’s Eye Checks Matter
In celebration of Children’s Day, EyeCare Hospital has launched special children’s eye care packages aimed at encouraging early detection and timely treatment of vision-related issues among children.
The campaign introduces two specially curated packages — Bright Eyes – Basic and Bright Eyes – Advance — with a 30% discount on patients’ out-of-pocket payments after applicable insurance deductions.
The initiative highlights the importance of regular eye screenings during a child’s developmental years, especially as increased screen time and academic demands continue to impact children’s visual health.
Bright Eyes – Basic Package
The Bright Eyes – Basic package includes:
- Visual Acuity Test
- Refraction Assessment
- Ophthalmologist Consultation
Bright Eyes – Advance Package
The Bright Eyes – Advance package includes:
- Visual Acuity Test
- Refraction Assessment
- Corneal Topography
- Fundus Photography
- Ophthalmologist Consultation
Importance of Early Detection
Speaking about the initiative, EyeCare stated that many children may experience vision problems without clearly communicating their difficulties. This can impact learning, concentration, screen use, and daily activities.
Through this campaign, the hospital aims to encourage parents to prioritize early eye checks and better understand their child’s eye health needs.
