Specialist Training in Ophthalmology
Dr. Sofiya completed her postgraduate specialist training in Ophthalmology, earning an MS in Ophthalmology from Manipal College of Medical Sciences, along with a Fellowship in Anterior Segment at Himalayan Eye Hospital, Pokhara, Nepal.
Her training encompasses comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and management of eye conditions and ophthalmic surgical procedures.
Clinical & Surgical Experience
As part of her specialist training, Dr. Sofiya has also completed subspecialty clinical exposure at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, Kathmandu, as well as hands-on training in specialty clinics and operation theatre settings at Himalayan Eye Hospital.
